We had a new gas meter fitted only to find out that we had a gas leak and consequently the gas was switched off for safety reasons. We contacted the above mentioned company and Louis Carlsen turned up within two hours. He carried out the appropriate tests and pinpointed the leak within the cupboard where the meter was located. He replaced an elbow fitting in addition to new pipe work and retested again and declared the leak was fixed. He also moved a double electrical socket within the cupboard as he was concerned that it was a bit to close to the meter. Just a great service.

Smallish job, but not straightforward due to pre-existing quirks of our property. Required some minor demolition, some creative solutions, and making good. Thorough, pre-work site visit to scope the job; detailed, itemised quote; short lead time to start work; good communication throughout. The team member they assigned (Lee) did an excellent, skilled and professional job a nd was a delight to have around the place: punctual, friendly, informative, creative, flexible and helpful. Have used these guys in the past, and will again!
